Take your basic budgeting skills to the next level by learning key strategies to creating a comprehensive and efficient budget. In this webinar, we will go in-depth on how to create a cash flow budget, learn simple approaches for improving forecast accuracy, discuss strategies to address financial challenges and learn about the most compelling visuals for communicating budget information.
At the conclusion of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Create a cash flow budget to help manage income and expense fluctuations.
- Apply simple techniques to help improve forecast accuracy for church income (i.e. collections) and expenses (i.e. maintenance expenses). For example, we will discuss how to use sensitivity (what-if) analysis to manage uncertainty.
